		<description>Very good and forwarded advice. I Found running slower does not burn more fat..the faster and the more intense your excises is, the more calories and fat you will burn...exercise hard..make sure you get tired, sore and sweat a lot..it helps better.</description>

Your point about adding sprints is probably the MOST important part of the post. Just running on treadmill doesn&#039;t help burn a lot of calories, if the aim is to loose weight, the best way is to sprint for 30 seconds, and then rest for a minute. Repeating this 1.5 minutes routine 5-6 times makes the exercise worthwhile.</description>
