I must suggest everyone for drinking water by the times during the day. It helps your stomach to digest well and keep its temperature and acidity level under the line. Thanks!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m a big fan of cholesterol. No matter how late I wake up, I love my breakfast. I see so many people that say oh I don&#039;t have time for breakfast this n that. I mean you can grab a little bar and eat it on the way to work or something. Atleast something is better than nothing!</description>

		<description>You shouldn&#039;t drink loads of water or any liquid immediately after eating because it can interfere with the digestion process. Sipping liquid is fine. Drinking something before your meal if fine. I&#039;m still no totally convinced that drinking liquids after your meal is bad for you because your digestive enzymes should be able to break down anything you consume, solid or liquid. But err on the side of caution and let a few minutes pass before drinking lots of liquid AFTER your meal.</description>

		<description>I actually do all 5 of them except I don&#039;t exercise long enough- I have 3 kids + 1 husband! I will try the kettlebell workout. I really don&#039;t have 30min to do cardio plus weight training or can I just do the weighttraining? I do eat pretty good- I guess I just have to watch my portions and desserts. I don&#039;t drink sodas and eat chips etc. 
Mom just made some brownies-she&#039;s not helping!</description>
