		<description>Good post, people now get bogged down with the quick fix shortcut options and forget about educating themselves on whats important. Basic nutrition and exercise! I truley beilve supplementation is affective and has its place in any exercise regime, but you must be eating well and exercising correctly before you add in all the fancy extras. Also everone wants over night success but there are very few people willing to put in the work that it takes to acheive results in a short time frame. Start with the basics and make changes as you learn.</description>

		<description>This is so true. I know someone who takes a diet pill but is not doing great with her diet. Of course, the diet pill she&#039;s taking is not a miracle pill that no matter how much you eat you would still stay fit. Getting a great body includes proper exercise, good diet and great goal.</description>

The thing is, so many common non-dessert foods have sugar or sweeteners in them. We are addicted to sugar, we crave sugar like a drug. 		<description>The biggest reason people do not lost weight is because they give up after a few days.  Working out and staying fit should not be a chore.  Make it enjoyable, make it something you want to do and stick with it.  You will see much better results.</description>
